The award in the nomination “Socially Responsible Project of the Year” of the competition Eurasian Pharma Awards 2022 was received by Olainfarm for the Zdorovie.ru Doc project.

The Zdorovie.ru Doc project is aimed at supporting the doctors’ mental health. This is the first project in the Eurasian region that has combined new technologies and services for daily work, evidence-based medicine and psychological support needed in doctors’ professional activities. The idea of the application appeared with the emergence of COVID-19 pandemic, when doctors faced an increased workload, and then was successfully implemented.

Executive Director of Olainfarm Elena Bushberg receiving an award highlighted, “Our project is social because it takes care of doctors. Its idea appeared during the pandemic, when we realized that doctors very often were burnt out and were becoming emotionally powerless. The program helps the doctor to work with patients in a digital format and make decisions much better based on these records. We receive thanks from doctors every day”.

In 2021, under Arminas’s leadership, the integration of the TAKEDA portfolio into STADA’s product mix that required radical transformation of the business in Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Kazakhstan was carried out successfully. The achievements of the CIS cluster under Arminas’s guidance and the actual doubling of the business in the region became the main reasons for transferring the cluster to direct subordination to the head office in Germany, with a renaming to the Eurasia region in August 2022.
